Lapeyrère is located on a rocky spur in the heart of Pays de Serres, at 17 km from Agen and 3 km from the walled-town of Puymirol. A landscape of valleys and plateaus, right by Quercy Blanc, you'll love the charm of this former 18-century farm which has slowly been restored by your hosts and you'll enjoy the coolness of the former bread oven as well as the old oak tree. The gite is set on a rock and has been restored in a purely contemporary style while respecting the local traditional architecture. This stone belvedere offers an exceptional panorama over small valleys and meadows with woods in the background. Vieux Chêne is a detached gite with no building directly opposite. The unusual space layout follows the natural curve of the rock : a kitchen with olden day charm in which the natural colour of wood and stone is blend with a modern red, a cosy lounge with a fire crackling in the conic wood-burning stove in wintertime, a romantic bedroom opening onto a suspended terrace with a secrete recess on a mezzanine (1x160, 1x90), an upstairs exotic bedroom hidden behind an Asian door (1x160) and a small bedroom for secretive children (2x90), a male-style brown shower room and another turquoise one in a more feminine style. You'll enjoy the large garden from where you'll admire the sunset as well as your hosts' swimming pool. You'll love the tranquillity and how life is sweet on a spot where you'll be able to run, fish or just relax. Bed and bathroom linen is provided (beds are already made up for your arrival). Comme un cocon
5/5Maison douillette comme un chez soi ,très bien équipée , deco de bon goût,literie excellente, beau linge, petites attentions de la sympathique propriétaire avec la deco de Noël, et petit cadeau d’accueil, le poêle à bois très efficace qui a donné une ambiance cosy au cœur de l’hiver. Le cadre extérieur dont nous n’avons pas profité a cause des chemins trempés est propice à la balade.Nous y avons été heureux !

Notre séjour au gîte du Vieux Chêne
5/5Très belle semaine passée au Gîte du Vieux Chêne.
L'acceuil était très chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié la grande gentillesse et la discrétion de nos hôtes.
La maison est très charmante et bien équipée. Il faisait très chaud mais la climatisation dans toutes les pièces de la maison a rendu le séjour très confortable, ainsi que les baignades rafraîchissantes dans la piscine.Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation!

Gîte très confortable et agréable
5/5Gîtes très agréable vraiment très calme.
Grand niveau de confort avec une litterie et des canapés de bonne qualité.Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et pu bien profiter de la piscine.

Le Paradis en Lot et Garonne
5/5Nous avons trouvé le Paradis le temps d'un été. Le gîte de Laurence est plein de charme, un véritable havre de paix en pleine nature, et agencé avec énormément de goût. Tout comme nos hôtes qui nous ont accueillis très gentiment, ont su se rendre disponibles, nous glisser de bons conseils pour nos sorties, et discrets à la fois. Nos trois filles ont nagé dans le bonheur pendant ces deux semaines grâce à une piscine des plus agréables. Très jolis villages alentour.
