Holiday cottage du Pech de Rouet - 130m² green setting, nestled between meadows and lush orchards, opposite an 11th-century chapel, just a few minutes from the medieval bastide town of Monflanquin. Jean-Pierre and Marie-Hélène, passionate producers of Agen prunes, welcome you to their restored farmhouse, a former hunting lodge steeped in history. This Holiday cottage, combining historic charm and contemporary comfort, is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Interior: Ground floor: welcoming entrance hall, shower room, WC and laundry room. Upstairs, a fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven) opens onto a cosy living room with wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV (Canal+, Canal Sat, Astra 2), a dining room with breathtaking views of the valley and Piscine, a double bedroom (160cm bed) and a triple bedroom (160cm bed + 90cm bed), as well as a bathroom (shower and bath) and separate toilet. Outside: Enjoy a terrace shaded by a pergola, a private heated swimming pool (open from June to mid-September, secure), and a 4,000 m² garden laid out for all: floodlit bowling green, ping-pong table, soccer cage, badminton/volleyball net, play portico and trampoline. Two signposted Hiking trails start directly from the Holiday cottage, inviting you to explore the surrounding countryside. Nearby, a lake offers a wide range of activities, from fishing to waterside picnics, for moments of relaxation in the heart of nature. Services included: free Wi-Fi, international TV channels, bed linen, towels and household linen, wood for the stove. Flexible rates in low and mid-season. Here, between cherry and pear picking in the orchards, outdoor games and evenings under the stars, every moment becomes an unforgettable memory. Elisa Le gîte rêvé dans un cadre idyllique
Malgré une météo moyenne, la semaine passée au Pech du Rouet restera un très bon souvenir pour nous.
C'est bien la première fois, après plusieurs années de réservation auprès des Gites de France, que nous avons uniquement des remarques positives à partager.
Le Pech du Rouet bénéficie d'un très beau panorama, XXL, dans un calme et une tranquillité absolus.
Soulignons la grande qualité de l'accueil des propriétaires, leur discrétion et leurs nombreuses attentions à notre égard. Nous avons également apprécié le très bon niveau de confort. La rénovation de cette une propriété agricole familiale chargée d'histoire a été réalisée avec de beaux matériaux et sa décoration avec finesse. L'équipement du gîte est à l'égal du reste, au top niveau.

Véro et Loïc Ravis de notre séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'accueil chaleureux de Marie Hélène et Jean Pierre, et leur attention, ont rendu nos vacances inoubliables ! Tout est fait pour notre confort, rien ne manque, le gîte est très confortable, très bien équipé, et avec goût et qualité. La propreté était impeccable, nous avons apprécié. La piscine est top, c'est un vrai plus ! La situation du gîte, au calme, a contribué à notre repos. De belles ballades aux alentours, que ce soit à pied ou en vélo, au bord du Lot, c'était magnifique ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet endroit , et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Tootall Fantastic week
The Gite has a fantastic setting with a choice of eating areas available, each with such beautiful vistas. The owners were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. There is plenty to do for the active person but also it is a wonderful place to escape and relax

Très bel accueil des propriétaires, toujours disponibles pour faciliter les vacances et pour conseiller sur les visites.
