Holiday cottage du Pech de Rouet - 160m² green setting, nestled between meadows, orchards and an 11th-century chapel, a stone's throw from the medieval bastide town of Monflanquin. Jean-Pierre and Marie-Hélène, producers of Agen prunes, open the doors of their restored farmhouse, a former hunting lodge, where historic charm and contemporary comfort blend perfectly. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the gîte combines space, authenticity and top-of-the-range facilities. Inside: Ground floor: entrance hall, shower room, WC, laundry room and separate bedroom (bed 160 + bed 70). Upstairs, a fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso, dishwasher, oven), a cosy living room with stove and TV (Canal+, Astra 2, etc.), a dining room with a breathtaking view of the valley and Piscine, two double bedrooms (160 beds), a triple bedroom (160 bed + 90 bed), two bathrooms (one with bath) and a separate toilet.
Outside: A terrace shaded by a pergola, a private heated swimming pool, open and secure from June to mid-September, weather permitting, and a 4,000 m² garden equipped for all: floodlit bowling green, ping-pong table, soccer net, badminton/volleyball net, portico and trampoline. Two signposted Hiking trails start directly from the Holiday cottage, inviting you to explore the surrounding countryside. Nearby, a lake allows fishing and picnicking on the water's edge, for moments of relaxation in the heart of nature. Services included: free Wi-Fi, international TV channels, bed linen, towels and wood for the stove. Flexible rates in low and mid-season. Here, between fruit-picking in the orchards, outdoor games and evenings under the stars, every moment becomes a memory. Marie Hélène et Jean Pierre ont été extrêmement accueillants et ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien.

histonftm A lovely and much needed holiday
We absolutely loved our stay at 'Gite du Pech de Rouet'. From the moment we arrived, until when we left 2 weeks later, we were made to feel welcome by the friendly hosts. It is an amazing building, with so much history. The gite itself is immaculate and fully equipped with everything a visiting family could need. We spent our time relaxing by the pool, trying the wines of the region and visiting the local area. We thoroughly recommend the gite and the first thing the children asked when we left was "when can we return?" Hopefully next year was my answer.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Gîte du Pech de Rouet. Dès notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ deux semaines plus tard, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par nos hôtes. C'est un bâtiment magnifique, chargé d'histoire. Le gîte est impeccable et entièrement équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour une famille en visite. Nous avons passé du temps à nous détendre au bord de la piscine, à déguster les vins de la région et à visiter les environs. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte et la première question que les enfants nous ont posée à notre départ a été : "Quand pouvons-nous revenir ?" J'espère que ce sera l'année prochaine.

Lieu idéal pour se détendre
Accueil chaleureux.
Belle et authentique maison équipée de tout le confort nécessaire.
La maison est bien compartimentée et offre beaucoup d'intimité à l'intérieur.
Superbe vue et belle piscine.
Nous y allons depuis 4 années consécutives et nous avons déjà réservé pour 2026...

Élise Une superbe maison pour les vacances
Superbe semaine entre amis avec enfants dans une magnifique maison très bien aménagée et équipée.
Marie-Hélène et Jean-Pierre ont pensé à tout pour bien accueillir leurs hôtes et sont très attentionnés.
En plus du charme de l’ancien modernisé, la maison est très belle et très propre. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et offrent beaucoup d’activités avec une vue dégagée sur la campagne et les pruniers.
