In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, on the edge of the Bordeaux Vineyard, Moulin de Jolit (dating from 1818) is the perfect place to disconnect from everyday stress. A haven of peace amidst greenery and spanning the Gupie river, the Holiday cottage du Meunier is just a stone's throw from the village of Castelnau sur Gupie and 8 km from Marmande (A62 exit 5 Marmande 15 km). Newly restored, the ground floor comprises a large kitchen/dining room, a shower room with WC, a dining room and a superb millstone room converted into a relaxation room, where you'll be lulled by the sound of water sliding under your feet. For cooler days, a pellet stove will warm up this beautiful typical room. The ground floor also features a fold-away bed, and access to the kitchen and amenities has been designed for people with reduced mobility. 1st floor: TV area and comfortable sofa bed sleeping 2. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms named after the cereals brought to the mill by the farmers to be transformed into flour: Chambres, Epautre and Sarrasin (each 1x160 and 1x120). A large bathroom with Italian shower and magnificent bathtub, and a separate toilet complete this floor. Outside the mill, a large area has been secured for Kids. Private Piscine, covered and heated (in spring and autumn, weather permitting) by heat pump, and covered Spa open all year round. Young and old alike will find plenty to keep them entertained and relaxed: board games, books... Sheets and towels included, beds made. Tourist tax. Two fenced gardens of 450m² and 130m². Holiday cottage for 11 people only in summer: ref 4320.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, séjour agréable malgré la canicule grâce au jardin, piscine, terrasse protégés par de grands arbres. Pièces du moulin toujours fraîches et chambres climatisées. Encore merci à Mr et Mme Altinier.

Un magnifique séjour au moulin, restauré avec gout et ou le clapotis de l'eau, le chant des oiseaux bercera avec douceur vos journées. Tout est prévu pour passer des journées agréables sur place avec piscine, jacuzzi, terrain de boules, billard, pêche possible. Merci encore à nos hôtes pour leur accueil, conseil et réactivité. Phvdv Très agréable sejour
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le cottage est très spacieux, calme et plein de caractère. Le jardin est idéal pour se détendre et la piscine était parfaite pendant la canicule. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans la région.
