Just a few minutes from Agen, in the heart of the Garonne Valley and the Pays d'Albret, the Domaine du Pin opens its doors to you for a stay of calm, nature and authenticity. Ideally located close to the Canal du Midi and its greenway - ideal for walking, cycling or simply picnicking - this 5.4-hectare estate invites you to enjoy its verdant, rejuvenating surroundings. A 600m driveway lined with poplars, oaks and fruit trees plunges you into a peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere where the estate's horses (Sabistout and Vedette) graze. Surrounded by an 800m² enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, the 150m² Holiday cottage, tastefully converted from a character house, welcomes you in a warm, authentic atmosphere, combining exposed stonework and wooden beams. Ground floor: dining room with fireplace, kitchen, shower room, separate toilet. First floor: mezzanine lounge with TV, leading to 1 bedroom (140cm bed), 3 bedrooms (3 140cm beds), separate WC. Enjoy the 30 m² shaded terrace, sheltered by a pergola and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for your meals. The Piscine, shared with the owners, is 10m x 5m with a progressive depth of 1.80m (open from May to September, weather permitting). All included, except end-of-stay cleaning (optional). The owners occupy the 18th-century Chartreuse on the estate. The Bastide town of Sérignac sur Garonne and its Tors bell tower are 1 km away, where you'll find a variety of shops: bakery, two restaurants, tobacconist, hairdresser, beautician, post office, pharmacy and tourist information point.
