Gîte des Claux Haut

Just a stone's throw from the Dordogne and Lot rivers, in the heart of the Lémance valley, come and recharge your batteries in this old sheepfold, restored in exposed stone and wood. Just a stone's throw from the Château de Bonaguil (3 kms), the Musée de la Préhistoire (2 kms), the bastide town of Villefranche and the Dordogne (10kms). Peace and quiet guaranteed, where you can rub shoulders with the Limousin cows in the neighboring meadow. The 120m² self-contained gîte comprises on the ground floor: a large 60m² living room with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm in winter, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with dressing room (2 140cm beds and 1 160cm bed). Wifi throughout the gîte. Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Unenclosed garden of 1300m². Small hamlet atmosphere where Emilie's family lives (her brother lives in a neighboring house, and her parents a little further away). You can visit the farm animals with them. Leisure activities: badminton, pétanque... bed linen and towels included.
