In the heart of the South-West, at the gateway to Périgord and Quercy, a pretty stone house with panoramic views over lush green valleys. You'll fall under the spell of this tastefully restored, south-facing house overlooking the valley. Comfort and luxury are the order of the day. Totally independent, the ground floor features a large fitted kitchen with dining area, a vast living room with fireplace, two bedrooms (2x160), a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom (1x160 and 1x90 bed), a mezzanine with sleeping area (1x90) and a bathroom with toilet. Utility room. Electric heating. Wifi Internet access. South-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha. Private 12x6m, 1.4m-deep, chlorine pool with pool house (electric cover). Unenclosed garden of 2500m², on a property of 4.5ha in total. Sheets and towels included (except for weekend package, which costs €8 for sheets and €4 for towels). Additional heating in winter according to actual consumption (meter reading). Holiday cottage sleeps 4 (see ref : 3511).

    Accueil des propriétaires sympathique, des personnes très agréables qui pensent à votre confort.
    Une maison identique à l'annonce sans aucune surprises.

    A gem

    Outstanding gite: the dwelling is spacious, bright with many bay windows. All the equipment you need for cooking, relaxing, entertaining. No air con at the time of our visit but with traditional thick walls and all windows equipped with electric shutters, it is easy to keep the house fresh.
    The real treat is the pool and poolside kitchen; a 2024 addition, it also has anything you could think of for outdoor eating: fridge freezer, sink, induction plates, a plancha…
    Shopping for essentials and good food is only 5 minutes away; and so are the recycling centre and waste disposal sites. Plenty to do around…

    Très beau gîte bien équipé

    Très beau gîte, confortable, très bien équipé, situé dans un endroit calme , idéal pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

    en famille

    Gite très agréable pour un séjour en famille confortable. Piscine au sel super, avec plateforme pour permettant aux petits de jouer. site calme avec bel environnement. Maison très bien équipée, beaucoup de vaisselle, manque un peu de place pour ranger les provisions dans les placards déjà très pleins. Pas de fourniture de produits vaisselle, lave linge, pq, etc. un peu étonnant à ce standing de location. Propriétaire très attentif. Merci nous recommandons.
