In the heart of the South-West and its architectural and historical heritage, between Toulouse and Bordeaux, just 10 kms from Agen, the Canal du Midi and the Garonne, we welcome you to Domaine du Vallon in an exceptional setting of 20 hectares, a jewel case of greenery surrounding a small lake. Our discovery of this valley in the Lot-et-Garonne region was the starting point for our project to turn our philosophy into a way of life. The stone houses, including that of the owners, facing south and overlooking the valley, have been entirely restored in an ecological approach of quality, in order to rehabilitate them into independent and unoverlooked Holiday cottages. Noble materials were chosen in a spirit of simplicity and beauty, bringing Wellbeing to a need for comfort and modernity. Relaxation and leisure can be extended to a gaming room with billiards, table tennis, table soccer... and the saltwater swimming pool (shared with the other Holiday cottage and with us) from June to September (weather permitting) overlooking the valley opposite the Château de Madaillan (size: 13x5m.).
Holiday cottage "GASCOGNE" (6 people, 130m²): let your gaze glide over the sink and stone walls, relax under the old wooden roof structure, enjoy the absolute charm of natural, ecological, certified materials. Ground floor: fitted kitchen/dining room, living room, bedroom (1x160x200) with en-suite shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms (2x90x200 each), bathroom with toilet. All mattresses are in natural latex ~ Bed linen and organic cleaning products provided. Toiletries available on request. Solar water heating and 100% renewable green electricity, electric heating. Private garden with pergola, garden furniture, table and armchairs ~Standing barbecue. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Visitor's tax.
