In the heart of the South-West, just a stone's throw from the Tarn et Garonne, in the heart of the Pays de Serres and the Séoune valley, this old 18th century farmhouse, entirely renovated in stone, will seduce you with its tranquility and its view. Totally independent, overlooking the valley, the 260m² Holiday cottage chez Connie has retained its authentic character. Volume, space and softness are offered to you for a stay or a stopover. Ideal for large families or friends, you'll be able to take full advantage of this place to recharge your batteries. Its 3500m² fenced garden with fruit trees, its private 8x4m, 1.50m deep saltwater swimming pool, secured by a bar cover, open from April to September, will refresh your summer afternoons. Under the awning, the large 50m² terrace will enable you to share your meals around the large wooden tables and plancha. For young and old: table tennis, Kids' games. Air-conditioned, the Holiday cottage offers you in the main house: a large fully-equipped kitchen, a 50m² living-dining room (with TV) and access to an enclosed terrace, a large 40m² bedroom with 180cm bed and private bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a separate toilet. Accessible on a half-level from the terrace under the awning, the 31m² bedroom, with 2 Bunk beds (140cm below and 90cm above), private shower room and separate toilet. In the pigeonnier, a large 39m² bedroom with a 140cm bed, sitting area, private shower room with wc and a sleeping area with a 140cm bunk bed below and a 90cm bed above. In summer, you can watch the sheep go by in front of the Holiday cottage and in the neighboring field; bed linen and towels included, beds made. Free Wifi. Parking on the property. Hiking trails nearby, Walygator Park and Aqualand, Foie Gras Museum and a host of markets. Tourist tax. Holiday cottage sleeps 6 (n° 5131) from Sept to June.

MSA Chez Connie, un gîte exceptionnel !
Nous nous sommes réunis en famille chez Connie pour une semaine, accompagnés d'un couple d'amis étrangers. Nous avons tant adoré le site, en pleine nature, que la magnifique bâtisse ancienne en pierres, qui a conservé son identité tout en offrant un confort parfait. Ajoutez à cela une piscine très agréable et vous comprendrez qu'adultes comme enfants aient été ravis de leur séjour. Notre ami italien, qui a bourlingué dans le monde entier, nous a dit à quel point il avait aimé ce gîte. Merci enfin aux propriétaires pour leur accueil aussi chaleureux qu'attentif. Un "sans faute" !

Puur en compleet GENIETEN!
Na een warm welkom en uitgebreide heldere uitleg door de eigenaren kon -na het in ontvangst nemen van een mand vol lekkere lokale producten- het genieten beginnen. Van de omgeving, Saint Maurin en omliggende plaatsjes maar vooral van het mooie karakteristieke huis met schitterende uitzicht. Om en in het huis was aan alles gedacht van comfortabele bedden (die al waren opgemaakt bij aankomst) tot de spelletjes, het mooie zwembad, de grote tuin en de airco in bijna alle vertrekken van de Gite. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en van zeer goede kwaliteit. Kortom: compleet, -en bovendien- schoon en verzorgd.
Chez Connie is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de omgeving die voor elk wat wils biedt te ontdekken. Van rust tot sportief, van dorpsfeesten to culinair genieten. Leuke marktjes en veel brocantes. Alles authentiek en puur.

After a warm welcome and extensive clear explanation by the owners, a basket full of tasty local products the enjoyment could begin. From the area, Saint Maurin and surrounding towns, but especially from the beautiful characteristic house with beautiful view. Everything around the house has been thought of, from comfortable beds (that were already made upon arrival) to the games, the beautiful swimming pool, the large garden and air conditioning in almost all rooms of the Gite. Everything you need is there and of very good quality. In short it's complete and also clean and well cared for.
Chez Connie is the perfect base to discover the area, which offers something for everyone. From tranquility to sporty, from village festivals to culinary enjoyment. Nice markets and lots of flea markets. Everything authentic and pure.

Dès l’entrée dans la propriété, on se sent chez soi.
Accueil extraordinaire des propriétaires qui sont au petits soins jusqu’à la dernière minute du séjour.
La maison est grande, très bien équipée, décorée avec goût sans parler de la vue !!!
