A haven of peace in a perched valley, with a relaxing view of the Forest and private Lake. From the Piscine, you can see the small village of Saint Pastour (bastides) in the middle of the rolling green Countryside. Close to all amenities and shops in CASSENEUIL, you'll be halfway between AGEN and BERGERAC. Ideally situated for visiting the Dordogne, Lot and LOT-ET-GARONNE regions. There's a 12m x 5m swimming pool shared with the owners, a pétanque court, and a 120m² private covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis. The Holiday cottage features a large 55m² living room with fireplace, TV, equipped kitchen and 2 dining areas. An office with sofa bed, bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room with Italian shower. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2x 2 x 90cm beds) and a mezzanine with a sofa bed and balcony for Kids. Fishing possible in the owners' Lake (with fishing cottage classification). The Piscine area is shared with the owners and is available from 8am to 7pm.

    Séjour et paysage reposants

    Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte spacieux et confortable. La vue à 360° est reposante et magnifique sur la campagne environnante. Merci au propriétaire, toujours aux petits soins.

    Simpel sur la montagne

    Het was wel iets eenvoudiger dan we dachten: slechts 1 badkamer en waar we twee dubbele bedden verwachtten, bleken het 1 dubbelbed en 2 keer 2 enkele bedden. Ook. Nogal gehorig op de zolderverdieping. Prima met eigen familie, wat lastiger met aanhang. Xavier, de eigenaar is super!

    Un Très bon séjour et un depaysement total

    Un très beau gite, au calme, un environnement exceptionnel, un accueil chaleureux.
    Un propriétaire ouvert et passionné, à l'écoute et très disponible.
    Beaucoup de conseils sur les activités et événements au alentour.

    Séjour parfait

    Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce gîte car , c'est le troisième séjour en trois ans que nous faisons à "Bruge". Comme à chaque fois le séjour était parfait, Merci à notre hôte pour ses attentions et d'avoir pris le temps de venir nous voir.

    Je pense qu il faut vraiment prendre le temps d'y séjourner une ou deux semaines en été, cela doit être super avec la piscine et la vue sublime.

    On en redemande !

    Nous avons été ravis de notre second séjour à St Pastour !
    Le gîte, la piscine, la vue, le calme, la gentillesse de Xavier : tout est réuni pour passer un très bon moment dans le Lot et Garonne.

    Un des meilleurs gîtes de France

    Un gite avec de beaux espaces, un équipement notamment cuisine complet de bon niveau, un environnement sans vis à vis avec la vue lointaine sur le village de Saint Pastour. Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines avec les enfants. Une troisième aurait été la bienvenue. Au programme rando, chateau, fête médiévale, soirée gastronomique, jeux d eau, piscine...
    Pour ne rien gâter, la météo fut parfaite.
