Bois de Cadène

Bois de Cadène is a 6-hectare estate at the gateway to the Landes Forest and the Gers, just a stone's throw from the village of Buzet sur Baïse and the greenway (Canal de la Garonne), 6km from exit 6 (Aiguillon) of the A62 motorway. It's a peaceful spot facing the Château de Buzet. You'll discover its charm amidst vineyards and Forest. Its location in the center of the Lot-et-Garonne region means it's within easy reach of Marmande and Agen, and even Bordeaux, Arcachon and Toulouse. The South-West and its authentic products await you. The producers on the gourmet Markets will make you appreciate them. Odile and Alain offer you a pretty, comfortable family room in two rooms on the first floor of their house (one room with 1 160cm bed, private shower room and wc, and one room with 2 90cm beds, 90cm sofa bed, private shower room and wc). Enjoy the delicious breakfast they prepare for you using local seasonal produce: hazelnuts, prunes, strawberries, local cheeses and butter... The Piscine in the meadow will provide you with relaxation and Wellbeing (fenced). Stroll through the Forest, on foot or by bike, or take a boat trip on the canal. Saint Jacques de Compostelle pilgrims are welcome (GR 654). The bastides of Vianne, Damazan and Nérac, capital of Albret, will tell you all about the history of France (Henri IV, Jeanne d'Albret).
