Bellevue

The Bellevue gîte is a brand-new, single-storey contemporary house (2021) that can accommodate a couple in both summer and winter. It is accessible and habitable for people with reduced mobility. It is quiet, comfortable and air-conditioned or heated. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed, a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we supply all household linen: sheets (the bed is made up on arrival), towels, tea towels, household products....
The garden and terrace are private, the parking lot is adjacent to the house, and the closed garage can accommodate your bicycles. Your car or electric bicycle can be recharged via a low-voltage socket.
The Bellevue gîte is conveniently located: the Agen Ouest freeway entrance is 5 km from the gîte, and the shops are in Brax (2.5 km from the gîte): supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc. Near the gîte, the voie verte runs alongside the Canal des Deux Mers. You can walk or cycle along it to Agen (8 km), to the villages of Brax or Sérignac (2.5 km) or to other destinations...
There are many pretty villages to visit, such as Sainte Colombe en Bruilhois, the priory of Moirax, Pujols... or places to go for activities such as: Aqualand, the Armandie stadium, the convention center, trotte lapin, swimming, fishing, boating... You may also be tempted to visit Bordeaux or Toulouse (1 h 15 of travel time).
The famous Agen prunes, hazelnuts, foie gras, wines from Brulhois, Buzet, Duras... will delight you and immerse you in the local life and history of our lovely département. Marie Noëlle and Jacques will give you a warm welcome and point out the sites, monuments and villages to visit, as well as festive events and gourmet markets.
