Just a stone's throw from the Dordogne and Bordeaux regions, the owner will welcome you to this old farmhouse with its exposed beams, whitewashed roughcast and terracotta floor tiles, and will be delighted to show you around his region. Totally independent and on one level, this rustically furnished house offers an entrance via the kitchen, a living room with sleeping area (sofa bed 140cm), 1 bedroom (1x140cm), shower room, WC. Calm and relaxation await you. You'll be able to enjoy walks in the open air and nearby sporting activities. You can discover our historic heritage with the Château de Duras, the medieval church of Allemans-du-Dropt, the bastide town of Eymet in the Dordogne (approx. 10 km) and sample the local gastronomy accompanied by fine wines from our terroir (Pécharmant de Bergerac, Tsar vineyards, Côtes de Duras, Vignoble de Monbazillac... ). Nul Gîte du désespoir
Séjour désastreux rempli de grosses guêpes nuits et jours des rongeurs envahi par des souris nos effets personnels ont effectivement été très abîmer elles se sont attaquer à notre linge de corps, pyjama de madame, sous-vêtements nos sacs en n'ont fait leurs frais, l'alimentation également même celle protégé sous plastiques, pains tost pourles fêtes.
Nous avons dû acheter des tapettes à souris pour les attraper. Nous en avons laissé une en partant au propriétaire. Enfin un séjour désastreux les guêpes, jour et nuit ce n'est pas acceptable. Le propriétaire nous a remboursé une partie du séjour 450€ nous aurions dû réclamer l'intégralité de notre paiement. Il faut savoir également les problèmes d'axes au gîte pas de chemin praticables très boueux en 7 jours nous avons dû laver le véhicule 4 fois de la boue il en avez partout. Sans compter un problème de manque de Gaz.
Des remises aux normes s'impose électrique, ventilation, fenêtres non ventilées. Ect.
Il va falloir entreprendre des travaux sérieusement.- Cleanliness
