Ideally located between the Forest and the Ocean, just 1.5km from the beaches, you'll appreciate the calm of the area, the presence of the cycle path just 200m away, and the possibility of discovering the Lake on foot or by bike, as well as the many activities on offer in this pretty seaside resort. The villa is functional and bright: you'll particularly appreciate the large living room bathed in light. A pleasant stay on the Landes coast to discover all year round.

This Holiday cottage is on one level (one step from the outside).
It comprises
a large living room (flat-screen TV, WIFI) with fully-equipped kitchen (3 gas hobs, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge),
3 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 140cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds),
bathroom (bath and shower),
separate toilet,
a storeroom housing a washing machine.

Baby equipment (high chair and Umbrella bed) is available.

Outside, the 590m² garden is planted with trees and flowers, and features a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and 2 sun loungers. The garden is enclosed by a 1.50 m high fence.

Vehicle parking is possible inside the gated property.
A bicycle shed is available.
