We look forward to welcoming you to Vieux Boucau, for a pleasant seaside getaway with family or friends. Ideally located between the Forest and the Ocean, just 1.5km from the beaches, you'll appreciate the calm of the area, the presence of the cycle path just 200m away, and the possibility of discovering the Lake on foot or by bike, as well as the many activities on offer in this pretty seaside resort. The villa is functional and bright: you'll particularly appreciate the large living room bathed in light. A pleasant stay on the Landes coast to discover all year round.

This Holiday cottage is on one level (one step from the outside).
It comprises
a large living room (flat-screen TV, WIFI) with fully-equipped kitchen (3 gas hobs, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge),
3 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 140cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds),
bathroom (bath and shower),
separate toilet,
a storeroom housing a washing machine.

Baby equipment (high chair and Umbrella bed) is available.

Outside, the 590m² garden is planted with trees and flowers, and features a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and 2 sun loungers. The garden is enclosed by a 1.50 m high fence.

Vehicle parking is possible inside the gated property.
A bicycle shed is available.

Only one pet allowed.

    Séjour du 22 au 25 mai Pentecôte

    Très beau gîte.
    Très très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
    Nous n'avons passé que 3 jours mais c'était super.
    Nous avons un temps superbe.

    Gite entre mer et forêt

    Malgré un temps mitigé, nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce gite très fonctionnel proche de la forêt et de la mer. Notre chien a profité du jardin clos. La propriétaire est accueillante et donne de bons conseils pour visiter la région.
    Au plaisir de revenir dans cette belle région.

    Trés bien

    Maison très bien située, propre et fonctionnelle.
    On se sent comme chez soi!
    Proche du centre et des plages, dans un environnement très calme, nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont donné de très bonnes suggestions de visites, de commerces et de restaurants. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

    Un week-end ressourçant entre forêt et océan

    Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à la Villa Océan et Forêt, un lieu parfait pour se reconnecter à la nature tout en profitant du confort d'une maison bien équipée. La maison de plain-pied est spacieuse et lumineuse, avec une grande pièce de vie agréable et une cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec son salon de jardin et barbecue, idéale pour des repas en plein air. Le calme du quartier, la proximité de la forêt (juste derrière la maison) et de l'océan, ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux de Brigitte, la propriétaire, ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Le jardin clos a été un véritable paradis pour nos deux chiens, qui ont pu s'y ébattre en toute sécurité.
    Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte (dog friendly) à tous ceux qui cherchent un havre de paix entre mer et forêt, notamment aux propriétaires de chiens souhaitant partager des moments privilégiés avec leurs compagnons à quatre pattes.
