The former owner, with whom we have built up a real friendship, allowed us to take over and continue discovering the treasures of the Landes coast.
It's now up to us to welcome you to this beautiful region we love so much, and we pledge to continue in the same tradition of hospitality and kindness as the previous host.

In the heart of a quiet residential area of the famous resort of Capbreton, Villa Marensine welcomes you for a peaceful vacation for two or for the whole family.
From here, everything is within easy reach on foot or by bike: the Beach, the shops, the cycle path, the Lake and the Golf d'Hossegor... A whole range of leisure activities close at hand for your enjoyment!
And with its contemporary decor and quality amenities, this Semi-detached house guarantees you a comfortable stay.

In a small condominium, this house benefits from an 80m² enclosed garden with a 60m² wooden terrace, garden furniture and electric plancha.
