With a capacity of 14 people (7 bedrooms), the Villa Cassora offers 255 m² spread over 2 levels, a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 4.5mx9.5m (max. depth 1.50m - open from May to September, secured by a roller shutter), and a magnificent wooded park of over 7000 m² with a swing and a bowling green. The Piscine is heated from 01/06 to 15/09. However, if the nights are cool, the pool heating does not guarantee optimal water temperature. There are 3 west-facing terraces: a 75 m² terrace around the Piscine, a 35 m² terrace extending the living room, and a 40 m² covered terrace.

On the ground floor, a luminous 70 m² living/dining/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms (1 double bed/12 m²; 1 double bed/13 m² and 2 single beds/13 m²), bathroom and WC.
