It benefits from a 500m² private, fully-enclosed garden featuring a vast covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
All on one level, it comprises a living room with TV, dining room and open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine),
3 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds),
shower room (Italian shower),

Baby equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub) can be supplied on request.
