Situated in the Chalosse region, 10 minutes from St Sever, 15 minutes from Eugénie les bains and 26 km from Mont de Marsan, there's nothing like a weekend, a week or more to recharge your batteries in a rural setting, away from prying eyes.
In an ideal Location, 800 m from the village, nestles "le gite St Pierre", an old farmhouse renovated in a contemporary style. Here, everything has been thought out to make the interior a unique place to arouse the desires of customers. You'll discover preserved architectural elements such as the arristoun (the owner will explain) and the old sink, renovated in a sober, modern spirit.

Once through the door, you'll enter a spacious living room with TV area and library - we love books here! A vast, fully-equipped kitchen-living room (oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer combo, microwave), dining area and second living room open onto a south-facing terrace with garden furniture. The hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, including a master suite (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room, and a bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds and access to the outside. For your approval, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The laundry room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and shelving. Wood-burning stove: 65€/stove.
Pleasant covered shelter with garden furniture and barbecue in an outbuilding. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. A supplement of 8€/bed will be charged for any change of linen during your stay.
