Welcome to the heart of the Countryside and just 25km from the Beach for a comfortable stay with family or friends.
Our Holiday cottage is ideally situated for discovering the ocean and all the activities on offer on the coast, the barthes and green hillsides along the Adour, the small villages with character, the rich gastronomy typical of the South West or for relaxing during your wellness stopover at the Thermal baths in Saubusse.
Housed in an old house dating back to 1820, you'll appreciate the fine renovation and quality services offered by this Holiday cottage. A top address to discover all year round.
This Holiday cottage is adjoined by a second Holiday cottage (reference 10828). It benefits from private access and a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Bright, comfortable and spacious, the ground floor features a large living room with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner gas stove and 1 electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave),
two bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed and 2 x 90cm bunk beds),
bathroom with Italian shower and toilet,
storeroom with washing machine.
Upstairs, a vast master suite comprising a bedroom of over 20m² with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with toilet.
For your convenience, bed linen, towels and household linen are included, as are water, electricity and heating in the off-season.
Baby equipment (Umbrella bed and high chair) can be provided on request.

Famille Henry Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce gîte ! L’hébergement est très propre et fonctionnel. La décoration est soignée et moderne, on s’y sent tout de suite bien.
Tout est pensé pour le confort des occupants : cuisine parfaitement équipée (ustensiles, vaisselle, électroménager…), fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, rien ne manque ! La literie est très confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le jardin, calme et bien entretenu, parfait pour profiter d’un moment de détente en extérieur.
En résumé, un gîte impeccable que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Séjour très agréable. Accueil très chaleureux de l'hôte sympathique et accueillante. Logement propre, agréable et bien équipé. Très bon séjour. A recommander pour des vacances dans les landes, près des plages et à la campagne.

Val Gite bien équipé
Gite dans les terres, côté campagne agréable. Bien équipé, propriétaires discrets mais présents en cas de besoin. 1 chambre à l'étage parentale avec sdb. 2 chambres en bas avec une terrasse abritée, impeccable pour une grillade. Les draps et linge de maison fournis avec lits faits sont appréciables. La wifi est nécessaire et fonctionne correctement.
