For your vacations, the Beach at Moliets is just 5km away. Lake Léon awaits you 800m away, with all its summer water sports activities, not forgetting the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve, an unusual and magical place to discover! You'll also find all the shops you need in the center of the dynamic village of Léon. This Holiday cottage is a detached house, located next to the family's market garden. The exterior features a large garden planted with trees. The private terrace offers a view of the trees and includes a table, chairs and garden furniture. A gate closes the access to the property. Inside, the Holiday cottage offers: - a living room (WIFI with fiber), relaxation area with sofa bed clic clac that can accommodate 2 kids under 12 years - open kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob and electric oven), refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan, washing machine - a bedroom: 1 bed 140 - a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Rates include water, electricity and heating, but bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional.
