We welcome you to a quiet residential area, just 3 km from the Beach and 500 m from all the shops and services you need for your vacation or business trip.
Cycle paths, the port of Capbreton, the Forest, as well as the Basque Country and Spain are all close by, offering you plenty of opportunities for discovery and leisure.
Here you'll appreciate the private garden planted with trees and flowers, the functional layout and the quality of the services on offer.

Our Holiday cottage is on the first floor of our house, which also has a second cottage upstairs.
For everyone's comfort and privacy, the Holiday cottage has its own entrance and your private garden is not overlooked.
You have a terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers.
Parking is available in front of the property.

All on one level, this 46m² Holiday cottage comprises :
- a living room with sofa, connected TV and WIFI, dining area, air-conditioning
- open-plan kitchen with hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor fan
- bedroom: 1 x 160cm bed, air-conditioning
- bathroom with shower and toilet

Bed linen, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning and all water, electricity and heating costs are included.

Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge.
