We welcome you to a quiet residential area, just 3 km from the Beach and 500 m from all the shops and services you need for your vacation or business trip.
Cycle paths, the port of Capbreton, the Forest, the Basque Country and Spain are all close by, offering you plenty of opportunities for discovery and leisure.
Here you'll appreciate the functional layout and quality of the services on offer.

Our Holiday cottage is on the second floor of our house, which also has a second cottage on the first floor.
For everyone's comfort and privacy, the Holiday cottage has a separate entrance. It is accessed via a private outside staircase.
A large west-facing terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers is at your disposal for admiring the sunsets.
Parking is available in front of the property.

On the second floor, this 34m² Holiday cottage is composed of :
- a living room with sofa bed (140cm) (extra charge 15€ / night / person), TV and WIFI, dining area
- an open-plan kitchen area with hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor fan
- bedroom: 1 x 160cm bed
- bathroom with shower and toilet
Reversible air conditioning is installed in the main room.

Bed linen, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning and all water, electricity and heating costs are included.

Ground-floor small garden of 10 m² for bicycle storage.

Bikes can be loaned free of charge.
