We welcome you in a quiet residential area, just 3 km from the beaches and 500 m from all shops and services for your vacation or business trip.
Cycle paths, the port of Capbreton, the forest, as well as the Basque Country and Spain are all close by, promising you many moments of discovery and leisure.
Here you'll appreciate the private wooded garden, the functional layout and the quality of the services on offer.

Our gîte is on the second floor of our house, which also has a second gîte on the first floor.
For everyone's comfort and privacy, the entrance to the gîte is independent. It is accessed via a private outside staircase.
A large west-facing terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers is at your disposal for admiring the sunsets.
Parking is available in front of the property.

On the second floor, this 34m² gîte comprises :
- a living room with sofa bed (140cm) (extra charge 15€ / night / person), TV and WIFI, a dining area.
- an open-plan kitchen area with hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor fan
- bedroom: 1 x 160cm bed
- bathroom with shower and toilet

Sheets, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning and all water, electricity and heating costs are included.

Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge.
