A 200 m avenue of lime trees leads you to the Pigeonnier du Rau in the vast, shady, flower-filled grounds of a small 14th-century château.

A place of calm, freshness and relaxation, welcoming holidaymakers and spa-goers (Préchacq les Bains spa 6 km away and Dax 15 km). On the field side, a large swimming pool (15mx10m, secured by fence and gate) for swimming or relaxing, shared with local residents.

On the ground floor, this east-west-crossing Holiday cottage offers a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner gas stove and gas oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, a convivial living room with sofa bed, and two terraces ideal for dining or relaxing (barbecue, furniture and deckchairs).
1st floor: 2 bedrooms opening onto a beautiful roof structure, including a mezzanine (1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 120cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed). The tower of the dovecote houses a shower room, with separate wc.

At the property's boundary, the voie verte, a former railroad line that has been converted into a walking trail, offers a tranquil setting for strolling, running or cycling.
Less than an hour away, you'll find endless sandy beaches, freshwater lakes and famous seaside resorts.
The festive pleasures of the surrounding Chalosse region offer entertainment, local traditions, gastronomy and farmers' markets.

Service: bed linen, household linen and towels on request at €20 per person (conditions to be agreed with the owner).
