In the heart of a pine forest, nestled in a magnificent airial of hundred-year-old oaks, on the border of the Gers and Lot-et-Garonne departments, here you are in Gabardan country for a vacation with family or friends. You'll be able to relax in a wooded setting and enjoy good times around the swimming pool. We've thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible, with large living areas totalling 400 m².

The house is laid out on the ground and first floors.
On the ground floor, a large entrance hall with a large living room with fireplace for winter evenings and TV corner, spacious dining room, kitchen with living area.
Well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher). Separate toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, for maximum comfort.

Outside, enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and a gas plancha for shared meals, the boulodrome for a game of boules, or simply lounge around the fenced-in, secure swimming pool (6mx4m, 1.40m deep).

For your comfort, bed linen, towels, household linen, water, electricity and heating are included.
Wifi connection, baby equipment (cot, high chair, changing mat, safety gates).

Activities abound: casino, thalasso, leisure park, "voie verte" (greenway) and, more locally, the ganaderia at Buros, where you'll be told about Gascon traditions in a simple, lively way.
