Petit gîte Fargate

A house outside the village, quiet, close to amenities

Welcome to Chalosse, a true country destination! In the countryside, there's always something to do: stroll along the greenway on foot or by bike for several kilometers, try your hand at the terra aventura trails, modern treasure hunts around heritage sites or admire the breathtaking view of the Adour river from the village center.

The gîte is located outside the village (with all amenities less than a kilometer away), on a private, unfenced plot of land.
Ground floor: fully-equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer), living room, 2 bedrooms, each with a 140cm double bed, shower room and toilet.
A wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a living room with sofa, armchairs, TV corner, library and balcony overlooking the countryside. A bright bathroom with bathtub and French window opening onto a small balcony.
For moments of relaxation or sport, a 50 m² mezzanine with sloping ceilings features a table soccer table, a stepper, an exercise bike and a 90 cm-wide bed.
Outside: garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis.

Household linen included. For babies: cot, high chair, bathtub.

This gîte is modular, so when you rent the Petit gîte Fargate you only have the rooms mentioned above (one bedroom is not accessible). You'll find this gîte for rentals of 7 to 8 people maximum under reference 20329, in July/August and for the end-of-year vacations.
