You're just 5 minutes from the enchanting Lake d'Arjuzanx, with its supervised Beach and discovery walks, in the land of springs and healing fountains.
At Perron, a beautifully converted former Landes barn, we invite you to enjoy the calm of our one-hectare airial.
We want you to feel welcome, which is why we've designed this Holiday cottage with a certain level of comfort.
The Holiday cottage is laid out on ground and first floors, with the following on the ground floor
- living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge),
- living room with TV, wifi and stereo,
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed,
- bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), Kids' bed and sitting area.
For your convenience, washing machine and tumble dryer, freezer, insert and electric heating. 1st basket of firewood offered.
Sheets, towels and household linen included.
Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, swing, colored aluminum deckchairs, trampoline.
Unenclosed private grounds on 1 ha shared with owner. Garage. Neighbor 100m away.
Bread shop in the village, grocery store in the village center.

500 liters of water per day and
1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation has a gas stove).
Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.

Pat et Mat Bonheur de vacances.
De retour 7 ans après, nous sommes heureux de retrouver Nicole et Jacques toujours aussi accueillants et de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Le gîte est tout confort et très bien équipé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un gîte remarquable.
Très bon accueil des propriétaires attentionnés et de bons conseils tant sur les lieux à voir que sur les bonnes adresses.
Le département des Landes offre de multiples possibilités de loisirs et détente (mer, visites, pistes cyclables, randonnées pédestres, ...) et la situation du gîte permet d'en profiter pleinement.
