6 km from the Beach, and 8 from the Bayonnaise conurbation, this renovated former barn adjoins our pretty 300-year-old Basque-Landes house, giving it added character since we turned it into a Holiday cottage.

We've designed this Holiday cottage as if it were our own home, and we've tried to make it as tasteful as possible, as if we were the ones who had to live in it.
The outside offers a sunny terrace and shady spots for relaxing moments.

Adjoining the owner's residence, the Holiday cottage comprises :
ground floor
- living room kitchen area
- separate toilet
first floor,
- 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90)
- bathroom with shower and wc

The following facilities are available for your convenience:
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, Electric heating.
Bed linen provided.

The 5000 m² grounds are not enclosed. A private area of around 500 m² is reserved for you, with a hammock. A stream also runs through the grounds.
A garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal.

You can park your vehicle on the private property (shaded).

    Très beau gîte !

    Gîte très spacieux, très propre et très bien situé pour découvrir le pays Basque. La propriétaire est charmante et la gâteau de bienvenue délicieux !
    Seul petit point négatif, le manque de volets aux fenêtres de l'étage qui augmente beaucoup la chaleur dans les chambres en période de fortes chaleurs.

    Gîte agréable bien situé

    Madame Bellenger est vraiment gentille et très discrète. Son pastis (pas l'apéro;-) était excellent. L'emplacement est top au calme et en même temps on peut aller au boulanger à pied.
    La cuisine est pratique et à coté de la terrasse.

    Proche de la Rhune, des plages et de Bayonne, on ne peut pas s'ennuyer.
    Les toutous se sentaient comme chez eux.

    Excellent séjour

    Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le gîte Passeloup.
    Nelly nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux tout comme sa petite chienne : )
    Nous sommes partis à 4 avec notre chienne qui a elle aussi pu profiter du grand terrain et de la gentillesse de Nelly.
    La situation du gîte est idéale pour envisager les journées plage (la plus proche étant Labenne Océan) ou les randonnées dans le pays basque.
    Le gîte est au calme tout en étant à 5/7 minutes à pied des commerces via un sentier qui démarre au bout du terrain du gîte.
