Come and recharge your batteries in Arsague, a small village in the south of the Landes department, 8 km from Amou, more precisely in the Pays des Luys, close to the hilly heart of the Chalosse. The village borders the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department, more precisely Béarn, with Orthez 14 km away. Less than 30 minutes from Dax and Salies-de-Béarn, the Holiday cottage is ideal for a spa break.
Enjoy a stay in this 18th-century Landes farmhouse, a house perfectly adapted to climate change. The wooded surroundings and shaded areas provide natural cooling, while the house's old-fashioned construction, with its thick walls, helps to keep the interior cool, even in hot weather!
Set on the ground floor, adjoining the owners, the Holiday cottage Ondas écogites features a separate kitchen with fridge-freezer combination, 3 induction hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine with porthole, and dining table. The living room has a TV area, wifi internet connection, 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room (shower and basin), and 1 bedroom with bunk beds (140cm and 90cm).
There's also a separate toilet with washbasin. The shared Piscine is available from June to September, weather permitting. The Holiday cottage offers a first covered terrace with garden furniture and an electric plancha, as well as a hammock for a refreshing siesta.
A second terrace is available at the rear of the house, giving access to an unfenced communal garden. You'll also be surrounded by some of the farm's animals: 6 hens, 2 cats and 1 dwarf rabbit. Parking on the property. For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen, towels, household linen, cleaning and heating. One extra person accepted, at no extra charge.
