Organized around the marine lake and its island, the City is criss-crossed by a vast network of cycle paths leading to the beaches (central beach, northern beach of the sablères and marine lake beach), the Messanges and Soustons lakes and the Landes forest via the vélodyssé.
Océan et Dune is the ideal apartment for a family getaway on the Landes coast, on the Beach!
Situated 50m from the ocean, it enjoys a rare, privileged Location. Here, the area offers all amenities and water sports and leisure activities: lazing and relaxing at the marine lake or at the Beach, cycling on the on-site cycle path, tasting and discovering the Landes gastronomy, entertainment... so many possibilities for a top stay.

si tous les propriétaires avaient la chance d'accueillir de sympathiques vacanciers ,laissant à leur départ un appartement en parfait état comme ce fut le cas avec cette famille ,il n'y aurait que d'heureux propriétaires

Nous avons été accueillies chaleureusement par Simone, une hôte soucieuse et à l'écoute. La décoration est soignée, les couleurs sont douces. On sent que tout est mis en œuvre pour le bien être des voyageurs. Je recommande vivement cette location.

ab75 Un magnifique séjour à Vieux-Boucau
Vieux-Boucau est une pépite à découvrir pour un séjour en famille, tout y est organisé pour passer un agréable séjour: marché quotidien, animations de qualité, des plages superbes pour le surf ou pour tout simplement profiter du sable et de l'océan.
Le gîte Océan et Dune est idéalement situé pour profiter de tout ce que Vieux-Boucau nous offre. La propriétaire nous a chaleureusement accueillis et a été pleine d'attentions tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement offre tout le confort pour se sentir comme chez soi dès la première nuit. C'est un magnifique appartement décoré avec goût et avec un agencement très pratique. Il a l'atout d'offrir une place de parking privatif: on pose sa voiture et on peut tout faire à pieds! Sa situation permet de profiter de l'océan sur place, et le centre ville se trouve à 10mn à pieds, idéal pour profiter des animations le soir et du calme la nuit.
