Ideal for a quiet vacation with family or friends, the Holiday cottage "A nouste" offers a variety of activities between the ocean, the mountains, the Countryside and the gastronomic and cultural delights of Chalosse.
Escape to Monségur, a village just a few kilometers southeast of Hagetmau, where you're close to Béarn and its rolling foothills, on a farm with free-range chickens. Ideally located less than 2 hours from the Pyrenees and 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean, this charming Landes Chalosse region with its varied landscapes offers authenticity and shared values.
We'll give you a warm welcome and encourage you to discover our heritage, our gastronomy and our traditions in all simplicity.
A Nouste is a family home in the heart of nature, with a magnificent viewpoint from which to escape, dream and share good times with family, friends and business contacts, for short stays of a week or more!

With its 290 m² of living space, the house is laid out on the ground and first floors. Ground floor :
a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob and microwave, plus a storeroom with fridge, freezer and washing machine, and a gaming room,
a spacious living room with TV area, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 separate WCs,
a 33 m² veranda with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
A staircase leads upstairs to 4 bedrooms (1 bed 100, 2 beds 160), 1 of which has its own bathroom, 1 dormitory with 3 beds 90. 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet.

House equipped with oil heating, €10 daily charge applied in winter, and for your comfort a wood stove in the living room with free wood.

Enjoy the 4000 m² of unenclosed land with trees - part of which is fenced - around the house, and ask the owners about their farming activities.
Baby beds, Umbrella beds, high chairs and bathtubs are available.
