Maison Umacha is the ideal place for a comfortable ocean getaway with family or friends on the Landes coast.
Situated in a cul-de-sac in the village of Soustons, it's the perfect location for a car-free vacation, close to all the shops and leisure facilities.
The Beach is 10km away, the Lake 500m, cycle paths and the Golf course are all within easy reach.
And with the added luxury of a quiet location.

You'll be seduced by the industrial-style decor, the atypical character of the premises, the private swimming Spa (4.5m long, usable from April 1 to October 30, heated from June 1 to September 30; outside these periods, please allow for a supplement of €100 per week), the immense wooden terrace of 70m² with no overlooking, the spaciousness of the rooms, the quality of the services on offer.

An outdoor summer kitchen with plancha awaits you as an extension of the terrace. The house also has a ping-pong table.

The Bungalow is all on one level.

Air-conditioned, it sleeps 6 people as follows:

- a large living room with lounge (TV, WIFI, fireplace insert, table soccer), dining area, fully-equipped open kitchen (American fridge, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood)
- a master suite comprising a bedroom (1 bed 160) with private shower room and wc
- a second bedroom: 1 bed 160
- a third bedroom: 2 beds 90
- a second bathroom with shower and toilet
- a third independent toilet

An outside laundry room, shared with another Holiday cottage, has a washing machine and dryer.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels, household linen and all water, electricity and heating costs are included.

Baby equipment can be supplied on request.

Parking is available in the cul-de-sac.
