La Maison Montaut is the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway for two, a Wellbeing and relaxation break for the whole family, or an inspiring venue for your business seminars.
Nestled in a haven of peace between ocean and Forest, Maison Montaut was built in the 1800s. Renovated to preserve the surrounding ecosystem, the richness of its traditional architecture remains intact. Briquettes, beams, exposed stone: each element bears witness to the charm of yesteryear and preserves the authenticity of this home steeped in history.
The 4 22m² bedrooms on the second floor offer the luxury of calm and elegance, combining natural materials, oak or marble with a few vintage touches.
They all feature a cosy, soft atmosphere, reversible air conditioning and a courtesy tray.
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation and let yourself be enchanted by a serene setting where Wellbeing meets nature. Facing the majestic pines, the Sauna and Nordic bath offer an enchanted interlude. Yoga classes and massages can also be arranged.
The table d'hôtes (€20, by reservation) pays tribute to Landes gastronomy and the treasures of the region.
When the appetite awakens the senses, the table d'hôtes, placed under the sign of hospitality, transforms into an exquisite banquet, blending the delights of the land and local produce. At the magic hour of dusk, vegetables grown on the property and poultry raised just a few yards away treat guests to a culinary experience that sounds like an invitation to share and conviviality.

This singular room, with its cathedral roof, conceals a private terrace where you can take full advantage of the peaceful, rejuvenating natural surroundings. The adjoining shower room is carpeted with heather, the flowers that adorn our Landes landscape, diffusing a soft, flowery atmosphere. You'll find these flowery scents in the EDONE PARIS refillable soaps (with which all rooms are equipped) hanging from the Italian shower. Un séjour parfait entouré de nature.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et absolument adorables, tout est pensé pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous.
Les petites attentions en chambre sont un détail très appréciable sans oublier la qualité de la literie ainsi que la beauté de la décoration tout en simplicité. La bâtisse pleine charme et d’authenticité laisse place à un intérieur moderne, épuré et très agréable.
Les services proposés tels que le jacuzzi et le baby-foot sont idéal pour un moment en couple ou un week end en famille.
Le petit déjeuner est idéal, des produits locaux de qualité et du fait maison, que demander de plus.Merci,

Lou Petite escapade Landaise
Petit coin de paradis dans les Landes. À 1h15 de Bordeaux et 25minutes de Contis plage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme avec un accueil chaleureux, de bonnes adresses à proximité et un excellent petit déjeuner ! Nous recommandons vivement maison Montaut et espérons revenir avec un peu plus de soleil ;)

Kki Oase der Ruhe
Ein großes wunderschön renoviertes Haus in einer grünen Umgebung. Die Zimmer mit schönem Bad und sehr guten Betten. Im Haus Mitbenutzung der Küche und der Aufenthaltsräume (falls mal schlechtes Wetter ist oder man mit Bauchschmerzen auf dem Sofa liegt).
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit leckerem Brot.
Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, obwohl sie so einladend unter den Bäumen liegt.
Auf jeden Fall ein erholsamer Ort mit einer netten Gastgeberin - eine erneute Reise zum Maison Montaut werden wir gerne planen.

C&O Coup de cœur pour cette étape dans les Landes
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette étape dans le cœur des Landes, l’accueil des propriétaires est exceptionnel, à la mesure du lieu qui mêle l’atmosphere familiale d’une maison Landaise traditionnelle avec une bonne touche de modernité, au calme dans un grand parc. Nous fréquentons souvent les chambres d’hôtes en itinérance en vélo et celle-ci fut un vrai coup de cœur !

Blandine et Rémy Séjour à la maison montaut
Nous avons adoré notre escapade à la maison Montaut. Notre hôte a été adorable du début à la fin, elle nous a bien accueilli, le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Et que dire du lieu, nous avons trouvé cet endroit d'une grande tranquillité, le gite est magnifique et les chambres décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Niveau propreté et équipement tout y est. Je recommande sans hésiter ce gite et je compte bien y retourner prochainement.
