Lake Léon, 5km away, with its leisure activities (paddle, pirogue, pedalos, minigolf, restaurants...), the nature reserve of the courant d'Huchet, its supervised swimming and its games for Kids, is an essential stop-off point for relaxing family get-togethers. And don't forget that Moliets' great beaches are just 10km away. They're easy to get to thanks to the cycle path that passes in front of the house.

On-site, the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.40m deep) lets you cool off and have fun in a green setting. Security alarm system.
