Situated between the ocean and the Countryside, just 30 km from the Beach, this former Landes farmhouse with its exposed stonework and wooden beams offers you a pleasant stay in a family-style setting.
The private swimming pool (8m x 4m, secured by a shelter and an alarm and open from June to September), the boulodrome, as well as various outdoor games and board games promise good times of sharing and conviviality.
You'll also appreciate the spacious bedrooms, with their private shower rooms and toilets, offering the space and privacy you need for your vacation or business trip.

The house features a private terrace with 2 wooden tables and benches, a barbecue and a plancha.
The outdoor space is very pleasant, with various trees and shrubs as well as a garden.

This Holiday cottage adjoins the owners' home and comprises :

- first floor :
dining room (with WIFI and pellet stove) with kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher)
laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and second refrigerator

- upstairs: 4 bedrooms, all with private bathroom and toilet facilities, for a total capacity of 12 people, with 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets.
