Privileged location on the south coast of the Landes region, close to the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country, Spain and the Pyrenees.
Here you are in Josse, on the banks of the River Adour, where the Marquèze nautical base offers a wide range of leisure activities (canoeing, kayaking, boat and bike rental). The shady towpaths are ideal for walking and cycling.
Here, you'll enjoy a wealth and variety of landscapes. La maison Azu has been designed with your comfort in mind, while retaining a certain authenticity, and is an ideal place for a vacation for two or a family. We look forward to welcoming you all year round.

2 bedrooms (1 x 160x200 bed, 1 x 160 bed convertible into 2 x 80x200 beds), each with private shower room and toilet.

Holiday cottage for babies (on request: cot, high chair, stroller, bouncer, bottle warmer, baby bike carrier).

This Holiday cottage is modular and can be rented for either 4 or 2 people. When renting for 2 people, you only have access to the bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 at an adapted rate.

Danivar Excellent séjour
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lydia, Pierre-Yves et leur chien Babou, des hôtes chaleureux et discrets. Le gîte confortable et bien agencé est décoré avec goût.
Le barbecue/plancha sur la terrasse privative a été bien apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce joli coin des Landes.- Cleanliness

"les retraités" ont été des hôtes très agréables et discrets. Nous avons apprécié leur bonne humeur malgré une météo pas toujours au rendez vous.
Les lieux ont été respectés et nous les accueillerons à nouveau avec plaisir.
