At the 'Abélia' house, you're just 500 meters from the center of the village of Pissos, in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Park, and a 45-minute drive from the beaches of Biscarrosse, the beautiful City of Bordeaux and the spa town of Dax.
Here you'll appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms and the style of the house with its brickwork and exposed stonework, and its exterior with plane trees and old oak.
Detached house on ground floor offering :

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 boat bed (100cm)

- dining room with wood-burning stove
- kitchen,
- separate toilet.

To make your vacations easier, this house is equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, small freezer, flat-screen TV, wifi, DVD player, radio.

Outside, you'll enjoy fenced-in grounds with a private, undefined area of 600 m². You can also grill on the on-site barbecue and eat in the shade of the trees (garden furniture available).
A ping-pong table and 5 bicycles are available for the more sporty guests.

Bed linen and towels provided for your convenience.
Electric heating and a wood-burning stove mean you can enjoy your vacation whatever the season. Electricity is extra, but wood is provided.

On the property, there is a year-round rental (shared plot).
The Holiday cottage is an old house with thick walls that we appreciate in summer.

As for leisure activities, there's a wide range of sporting activities on offer: Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horse-riding, canoeing, tree climbing, archery, Piscine, Cinema, as well as entertainment in the village and surrounding area: summer evenings, music and cinema festivals.
