You're free to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities on land - Hiking, cycling and horse-riding - and on water - canoeing and kayaking, and you can also enjoy fishing at the private lake on site.

On the ground floor :
- a separate kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, extractor hood, 4 gas rings and electric oven.
- laundry room with washing machine.
- a spacious living room with a corner sofa and TV area, and a large dining table.
- a bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin, and separate toilet.

The sleeping area is upstairs, with
- 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm)
- a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm),
- a bathroom with shower cubicle, 1 washbasin and 1 toilet.

For your comfort, the Holiday cottage has reversible air conditioning in every room. Linen and towels are included.

Outside, you'll find a large plot of undefined land shared with the owner, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for grilling.

Just 50 meters from the Holiday cottage, you'll find the Lake, so don't forget your fishing rods!
And if you're an animal lover, you can say hello to the little goats and your pet will be very welcome.
