Welcome to Mimbaste, an authentic village offering the calm of the Landes countryside and close proximity to shops and services, just 10 minutes from the Dax Thermal baths and 45 minutes from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

You'll be staying at the "Lou Sarrat" Holiday cottage, a detached single-storey house that has been completely renovated, while retaining the original, historic charm of the building (former cowshed): exposed stonework, beams, high ceilings...
The gîte is located close to the owners' house, and you have access to the Piscine shared with the owners.

The rental comprises :
- a large, bright living room with lounge (TV, DVD player, Wifi), sofa bed (for extra sleeping space), dining room
- open-plan kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, 4 hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, air fryer and all small appliances
- bedroom with double bed (140cm) and plenty of storage space
- shower room (shower, electric towel dryer, washing machine)
- separate toilet with washbasin.

Heating by pellet stove, underfloor heating and heat pump.

Outside, you'll enjoy private access to the exterior with garden furniture (Italian blind-ban) to admire the superb sunrises over the fields. Unobstructed views (depending on harvest).
The Piscine (3x6) is open from June to September (weather permitting). Opening hours: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. It is secured by a cover with bars.
Ping-pong table, barbecue, plancha.

For your convenience, utilities (electricity, water, heating), bed linen, towels and household linen are included in the price.
