Just 12km from the Beach, you'll be staying in the heart of the Landes Forest, in a traditional airial. This privileged setting offers a direct view of the pine trees.
The vast 3925m² plot is entirely enclosed, allowing you to enjoy a large natural space offering peace and serenity.
The on-site Piscine shared with the owners (dimensions 9.50m x 4.50m, depth 1.40m) is open from June to September, weather permitting. Here you can relax and unwind in enchanting surroundings.
Here, you'll also appreciate the Holiday cottage's wood cladding, which reminds you that we're in the Landes, the functional layout and the mezzanine that makes for a cosy little cocoon.

This independent, air-conditioned rental is arranged over two levels. It comprises :

- a first floor with
a living room with relaxation area (sofa, TV, WIFI), dining area and kitchenette (2 hotplates, mini-oven grill, microwave, extractor hood, fridge)
bathroom with shower
separate toilet
storeroom with washing machine

- First floor
a mezzanine bedroom with a 140cm bed

For your convenience, bed linen, towels, household linen, water and electricity are included, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

Baby equipment can be provided on request.

This Holiday cottage is non-smoking.

Given its location in the Forest, it is forbidden to use a barbecue (municipal ban).
