We welcome you to Léon, a lively little village on the Tours route of the Chemins de Saint Jacques de Compostelle, with its Lake, the courants d'Huchet nature reserve and numerous activities on offer all year round.

Here you'll find a private swimming pool heated from 01/06 (weather permitting) to 30/09 (9.5m x 4m, secured by a tarpaulin, with outdoor shower and WC), a large private garden with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock, barbecue, plancha and ping-pong table.

This bright, independent house is spacious.
It can accommodate up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 Kids).

It comprises:

on the first floor,
a living room with lounge (TV, WIFI) and dining area,
a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor fan, washing machine and tumble dryer),
a master suite with 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) and en-suite bathroom (bath),
shower room,
WC.

First floor:
4 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 140, 4 beds 90 including 2 bunk beds and 2 pull-out beds (bunk beds and pull-out beds are not suitable for adults),
bathroom with WC.

Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing table, potty and WC reducer.

This rental is not suitable for 12 adults. For your convenience, it is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults and 4 Kids.
