The Holiday cottage l'étape welcomes you for a peaceful stay in Chalosse, the time of a spa cure in Préchacq 9.5 km or for a vacation 18 km from Dax and 30 km from Mont de Marsan. As soon as you arrive, you'll appreciate the vast 1000 m² enclosed flower garden, which will delight your Kids or your pet, and the Spa under the covered terrace for a moment of zen, usable and heated all year round. The house, which has retained some of its stonework and exposed beams, boasts a spacious, convivial living area.

Holiday cottage with large living room, kitchen opening onto lounge, 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, shower room, wc, storeroom. A millstone ladder takes you upstairs to the mezzanine, where you'll find a relaxation area and a cosy bedroom with 2 90cm beds. For Kids only, due to low ceilings. Holiday cottage equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and flat-screen TV. Pellets for stove: extra charge. Reversible heating/air conditioning at extra cost.

Terrace with garden furniture, swing for younger guests, bowling green. One extra Kids can be accommodated. Safety gate at top of staircase.
The 6-seater Spa can be used all year round (36°).

For those who love walking and nature, take the Sala path for a stroll along the Chalosse greenway, or visit the Chalosse Museum.
Friends of the spa are offered a preferential rate of €850 (except July and August) for your stay at the spa. We look forward to welcoming you for a weekend, a week or more. The Landes coast is 45 minutes away, or Spain 1h30.
