Welcome to Orx, a small village on the Landes coast, close to the ocean and at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain. A visit to the nature reserve is a must. You'll discover an unspoilt, tranquil environment, and be able to observe the rich and varied local flora and fauna.
You'll also appreciate the serenity of the area and its proximity to beaches, dunes, golf courses, cycle paths and forests.
A top address for a stay with family or friends, to be programmed all year round...
L'Etable is a Holiday cottage on the ground floor and first floor of an old traditional house dating from 1763 (divided into 4 units), which has preserved its historic features while providing the modern comforts you need for your stay.
This vacation rental is adjoined by 3 year-round dwellings and features independent access and a private enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
The first floor comprises
living room with dining area, lounge (4K TV, WIFI),
open kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor fan, dishwasher),
a bedroom (1 bed 160x200), a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with Italian shower and toilet, a storeroom (washing machine).
Upstairs are 2 further attic bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90) with direct access to the balcony, and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
A full range of baby equipment is available: Umbrella bed, bathtub, toilet booster seat, high chair, changing mat, safety gate for stairs.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Bon accueil, logement spacieux et fonctionnel.
La note de confort s'explique par le fait que la consommation d'électricité est limitée à 8 kw par jour pour au final une consommation plus importante, et sans laquelle nous aurions du garder la doudoune. Les propriétaires ne sont pas responsables visiblement mais plutôt Gîtes de France. Cette option est à revoir surtout en hiver lorsqu'il fait 3 degrés dehors et qu'il y a des enfants dans le logement.
Hors mis ceci, tout est OK pour cette location dans un environnement calme et apaisant.- Cleanliness

Maria C. Séjour calme à proximité de la plage
Nous y avons passé une semaine avec notre chien. Le terrain - petit - est bien fermé autour, ce qui est appréciable puisque notre chien a tendance à s'échapper. C'est un environnement très calme, surtout la nuit. Il est proche de la route, mais'il n'y a pas beaucoup de circulation. La maison est pratique, la terrasse avec nids d'hirondelles est un détail attachant.
La maison est facile à entretenir et la propriétaire a été très agréable. Il y a suffisamment de vaisselle pour de nombreux invités, des ustensiles de cuisine, d'énormes casseroles et c'est bien approvisionné.Je le recommande.
