L'Estanquet is an authentic Landes-style house built in 1954 and fully renovated in Mimizan, combining old-world charm with modern comforts. Built with natural materials (wood, linen, straw) and featuring refurbished and modernized furniture, this eco-friendly retreat uses solar energy (photovoltaic panels) and offers heat pump heating for an environmentally friendly stay. Ideally located, the house lets you leave your car behind thanks to the free shuttle right across the street and quick access to the Vélodyssée bike paths—perfect for exploring the Forest, the Lake, and the ocean.

The single-story bungalow features:
- a beautiful, bright living area with a living room (TV, Wi-Fi, speaker)
- an open-concept dining room and kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, 3-burner induction cooktop, range hood, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, microwave)
- a bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- a bedroom with 1 bunk bed (bottom bunk: 140x190; top bunk: Bed 90x190)
- a bathroom with a modern shower featuring an extra-flat shower pan and a washing machine
- a separate toilet.

In terms of sleeping arrangements, the house can accommodate up to seven people thanks to a comfortable memory foam sofa bed in the living room.

A lovely outdoor area completes your rental, perfect for moments of relaxation and socializing: an enclosed garden, terraces with patio furniture, a table and chairs, a barbecue, a parasol, and two lounge chairs.
You can also park one car inside the property and a second one outside (private parking space).

Your stay is offered on an all-inclusive basis, including linens, towels, housekeeping, water, electricity, and electric heating costs, as well as a personalized concierge service to handle your reservations or put away your groceries before your arrival.
For stays of 21 nights or more, an additional fee will be charged for mid-stay linen changes and cleaning.
Baby equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair, toys) can be provided upon request.
