Welcome to Goos, a charming, peaceful village in the heart of the Landes region, just 20 min from Dax and its famous Thermal baths, 11 min from Préchacq-les-Bains and 45 min from the Landes beaches.
Nestled in a 2.5-hectare wooded estate, this 110 m² Countryside house welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay in the heart of nature, whether for a family vacation, a spa treatment or a business trip. In Goos, you'll find a grocery store, bakery and tobacconist for your basic needs.

There's also a large shared Piscine (13x4 m) with sunbathing area, as well as various play areas in the grounds.

You'll also appreciate the lovely private elevated terrace offering a breathtaking view of the park. A barbecue, plancha and outdoor furniture are also available.

The house is laid out on two levels. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, divided between the bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room.

It comprises :

Ground floor
- Cosy living room with 2-seater sofa bed, TV, WIFI
- A fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (filter or capsule), toaster, full set of crockery and cutlery. You'll also find everything you need to prepare your meals on arrival: tea, coffee, sugar, basic condiments.
- Separate WC with laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, washing-up liquid).

First floor
- 2 newly renovated bedrooms, each with 1 double and 1 single bed,
- Each room has its own private bathroom or shower room with WC and storage space.

For your convenience, linen supplied (sheets, shower towels, hairdryer), housekeeping and utilities included.

Everything is designed to make you feel at home, with all the comforts and little extras you need for a pleasant, carefree stay.
