The Holiday cottage Les Tilleuls is ideally located for a family vacation or a vacation for two, just 10 minutes from the beaches and the Lake, and offers a shared swimming pool. Soustons is at the heart of the Landes pine forest, a cocoon of greenery with a vast network of cycle paths and greenways.
You'll be able to walk for miles. Shops are close by, but the village also boasts places where you can sample the delights of the Landes terroir without moderation.
There's plenty to do for an unforgettable vacation!

Ground floor: separate kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), shower room and separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat-screen TV, wifi.
Side terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Land shared with owner approx. 1500 m², private part approx. 200 m², all enclosed.

Adjoining the owner's home, which is occupied occasionally.

Holiday cottage with baby equipment.
Bed linen and towels provided. Heating charge €6/day from October to end of April. Extra bed available.

- Piscine 10x5 m, 090 m to 1.70 m deep, secured by roller shutter, open from May to September, weather permitting.
