Ideally situated 12km from Dax, close to the Thermal baths of Saint Paul les Dax and 32km from the Beach, this traditional half-timbered house is ideally located for a break, a breath of fresh air and the discovery of the natural and wild Landes region.

The 7,000m² fully enclosed park is a wonderful place of adventure and discovery for young Kids, who can play in complete safety, and a place of relaxation and tranquillity for all.
Outdoor games, ping-pong, barbecue and a large, beautiful Piscine (10m x 4m, to be shared with the owners, secured by a roller shutter, open from mid-June to mid-September) as well as many natural trees await you. You'll love the architecture, comfort and spaciousness of this house.

This Holiday cottage is semi-detached from the owners.
However, it benefits from a private entrance and an unoverlooked terrace.
The first floor features a kitchen bathed in light from the glass roof (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave), a cosy living room (TV, WIFI) and a storeroom.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160x200 and 2 beds 90x190), each with its own private bathroom with toilet.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels, household linen, water, electricity and heating are included.

Baby beds and high chairs are available on request.

The Holiday cottage is exclusively reserved for guests with a rental contract. No other guests are permitted without the prior agreement of the owners.
Use of the Piscine is also exclusively reserved for guests and owners of the Holiday cottage.
