Welcome to Bias, a charming village on the edge of the Forest of Landes, 9 km from the Lespecier Beach, which is supervised in season, and which will seduce you with its authentic wild coastline designed to welcome swimmers, cyclists and pedestrians. Dare to take to the bike paths and footpaths to discover the Forest, its silence and its scents.
Or perhaps you'd prefer to simply relax or sunbathe... there's something for everyone.
This contemporary vacation rental is all on one level and is located on the beach road. It offers

les normands vacances dans les landes
nous avons été très bien accueillie par la propriétaire qui a tout fait pour que nous soyons bien installé. maison impeccable dommage qu'elle soit trop près de la route. mimizan est agréable les autres plages très belle mais pas adapté pour les fauteuil roulant et le temps na pas étais de la partie.

Nous vous remercions pour ce partage d'expérience, cependant le gite n'est pas classé tourisme et handicap et effectivement non adapté pour un fauteuil roulant - Le Service Qualité 40

Bubu Excellent
Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Le gîte est neuf, bien décoré. Grand parking privé, très appréciable. Il est très bien situé proche du centre de Mimizan, des plages, grandes surfaces. Le top pour nous, une piste cyclable en face du gîte. Nous avons pris les pistes cyclables vers Contis, Parentis, Mimizan plages, Aureilhan etc... Et encore merci pour le local pour les vélos. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
