Ideally located just 3km from the historic center and thermal baths, this Holiday cottage is close to all shops and services. The banks of the Adour river, the arenas, the ramparts, the Gallo-Roman remains, the art deco buildings and the emblematic Place de la Fontaine Chaude are all worth exploring.
And don't forget that the Countryside and Chalosse are close by, and the Beach is only 40 minutes away. In this rental, you'll appreciate the private garden, modern decor, quality equipment, air conditioning and sheltered parking space. A new address to discover for a weekend, a week or a wellness cure.

This Holiday cottage has its own private entrance. Adjoining the owners' house, it is nevertheless quite separate and not overlooked.
You can park your car under a covered shelter.
Outside, you'll find garden furniture, an electric barbecue and 2 sun loungers.

The interior is modern, bright and warm.
Entirely on one level, it comprises
a living room with lounge area (sofa bed for 1 or 2 Kids, WIFI, TV),
dining area,
open-plan kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, 6-cup dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave, washing machine),
bedroom (2 beds 80x200, can be twinned to form a bed 160),
shower room (extra-flat shower tray with toilet).

For your convenience, bed linen, towels and household linen are included, as are water and electricity.
Baby equipment (Umbrella bed and booster seat) can be supplied on request.
