Without forgetting that the Landes countryside and Chalosse are very close and the beach is also only 40 minutes away. In this rental, you will appreciate the private garden, the modern decoration, the quality of the equipment, the air conditioning and the sheltered parking space. This cottage has a private entrance. Adjoining the owners, it is however well separated and not overlooked.
Parking your vehicle is done under a covered shelter.
Outside, you also have garden furniture, an electric barbecue and 2 sun loungers.

The interior is modern, bright and warm. Entirely on one level, it is composed of a living room with lounge area (convertible sofa which can accommodate, on request, 1 or 2 children, WIFI, TV), dining area, open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, washing - crockery for 6 place settings, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave, washing machine), a bedroom (2 80x200 beds that can be combined into a 160 bed), a bathroom (extra-flat shower tray with toilet).

For your comfort, sheets, bathroom and household linen are included, as are water and electricity consumption.
Baby equipment can be provided on request (travel cot and booster seat).
