Housed in the former stables of the Château de Biaudos, this Holiday cottage is a real gem. The park, planted with trees and flowers, in the heart of the historic grounds, offers an exceptional setting.
The beautiful private heated swimming pool (10m x 4.50m) awaits you for a moment of relaxation with its bubbling jets.
The wood and old stone of this historic 18th-century building, combined with contemporary, high-quality furnishings and fittings, as well as the atypical layout of the premises, reveal a cosy, chic Countryside house atmosphere of unbridled charm. Its location in the south of the Landes and at the gateway to the Basque Country, with the beaches just 18km away and the Hossegor Lake and Golf course 30 minutes away, is also ideal for discovering the coast, villages, hillsides and nearby Spain. This Holiday cottage is laid out on two levels, with a large living room on the ground floor (TV, wifi, Bluetooth station), a dining area on the central island of the open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine...), refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave), an alcove extending from the living room with 1 bed 160x200 (a curtain separates this sleeping area to guarantee your privacy), a bathroom (with bathtub and Italian shower), a separate toilet.
Upstairs, an unenclosed attic bedroom offers two 80cm beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed.
To highlight the original roof structure, a beam has been preserved: an adult has to bend down to access the beds.
Bed linen, towels, household linen, water, electricity and heating are all included.
Baby equipment (bed and high chair) can be provided.
Outside, you'll find a covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a plancha, and a large park of approx. 2000m² entirely dedicated to the gîte, unfenced, with neighboring outbuildings.
